Latvian team wins the 2026 Baltic Assembly Cup in Haapsalu

On 10-11 April 2026, parliamentarians from the Baltic States gathered in Haapsalu, Estonia, for the 19th Basketball Tournament of the Baltic Assembly. 

The competition featured three games within the tournament framework. The opening match was between the Lithuanian team and their Latvian counterparts, concluding with a score of 27:36 in favour of Latvia. The subsequent game matched the Estonian team against Latvia, ending with a Latvian victory at 18:35. The tournament concluded with a game between the Estonian and Lithuanian teams, where Estonia secured a win with a score of 27:19. 

Ultimately, the Latvian parliamentarians triumphed, winning the 2026 Baltic Assembly Cup.
