Baltic parliamentarians to discuss democratic resilience with youth of the Baltic Sea region

 On 25 - 27 August 2023, the Baltic Sea Parliamentary Youth Forum 2023 will take place in Berlin, Germany. The forum will primarily focus on strengthening democratic resilience in the Baltic Sea Region.

During the Youth Forum, parliamentarians, government representatives and participants will discuss the role of digital resilience and mitigation of such threats as conspiracy theories and hate speech. The participants will also cover such topics as increasing youth participation in political processes, tackling social division and polarisation, as well as promoting confidence in democratic institutions.

The members of the Baltic Assembly will also take active participation in the Baltic Sea Parliamentary Youth Forum.
