Digital meeting of the Health, Welfare and Family Committee of the Baltic Assembly

On 4 June May 2021, the digital meeting of the Health, Welfare and Family Committee of the Baltic Assembly will be held. During the meeting, parliamentarians will discuss such topics as food contamination and food safety, including the challenges, policy preparedness and areas of the three Baltic state cooperation. Another topic discussed will be usage of antibiotics in the Baltic states, as well as antibiotic resistance and if it is an emerging public health danger in the Baltic states. Lastly, health care cooperation of the Baltic states and the joint procurements and projects will be discussed.
